Students or parents provide basic information (name and contact info)
Initial Contact:
The school representative reaches out to discuss educational goals and learning needs
Scheduling a Session:
Parents together with the school representative and the tutor agree on suitable time for everybody and number of classes per week
Setup of Communication Channels:
Contact channels such as email, phone, WhatsApp, Discord, or Telegram are established
Payment and Billing Setup:
Agreeing on payment and billing including payment methods and frequency
Feedback and Follow-Up:
After the initial session, feedback is collected from students and parents to assess their satisfaction and address relevant concerns
